Shopping List 32

Meat and Poultry (grass-fed, free-range, etc.)
1 rotisserie chicken
2 pounds lamb or beef stew meat
2 bone-in ribeye steaks

Seafood (wild, sustainable)
1 pound fillet hearty wild fish

Dairy (organic, grass-fed, free-range, etc.)

1-2 heads garlic
1 bunch fresh arugula

1/2 ounce dried gourmet mushrooms
6 ounces baby bella mushrooms
