Shopping List 7

Meat (grass-fed, free-range, etc.)
nitrate-free bacon
1 lb ground beef or ground buffalo
2 1-inch thick pork chops
4 6-oz strip steaks

Seafood (wild)
2 cod fillets (or more if scaling up)
1-1/2 lb shelled and deveined med. shrimp

Dairy
grass-fed butter

Produce (local, organic, whenever possible)
1 avocado
1 Granny Smith apple
8 carrots
1 cucumber
1 bunch celery
1 bunch kale
1 mango
12 oz portobello mushroom caps (about 4 large)
1/2 cup dried mushrooms
2 med yellow onion
1 red onion
1 sweet red pepper
1 yellow pepper
11 oz fresh baby spinach
fresh ginger (I use jarred.)
1 head garlic
fresh mint
fresh rosemary
1 lemon (need juice for one recipe, zest for another)

Spices
ground cayenne pepper
ancho chili powder
chili powder
ground cinnamon
ground coriander
cumin
curry powder
garlic powder
oregano
smoked paprika
black pepper
sea salt

Canned Goods
1 cup chicken stock/broth

Pantry Staples
apple cider vinegar (I use Bragg's organic.)
coconut oil
1 can unsweetened coconut milk
raw organic honey (optional)
whole grain mustard
extra virgin olive oil
hot sauce (I use Frank's Red Hot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce.)
