Shopping List 25

Meat and Poultry (grass-fed, free-range, etc.)
8 oz nitrate-free ground Italian sausage
4 pounds grass-fed ground beef
1 pound skirt steak
1 pound nitrate-free bacon

Dairy
1 dozen eggs
unsalted grass-fed butter

Produce (local, organic, whenever possible)
3 yellow onions
1 bunch fresh basil
1 bunch fresh Italian flat-leaf parsley
1 head garlic
1 spaghetti squash
3-4 large turnips
1 shallot
fresh herbs (1/4 cup)
2 medium green (not ripe) tomatoes
1 avocado
1 bunch salad greens
1 bunch broccoli
1 head green cabbage
1 head cauliflower

Spices
black pepper
sea salt
dried basil
ground cumin
dried oregano
garlic powder

Packaged Goods
2 cups chicken stock (or make your own)
26-oz jar of your favorite all-natural tomato sauce (We use Gabriel’s marinara http://twitter.com/GabrielsBrand)

Pantry Staples
almond flour
extra virgin olive oil
coconut oil

Note: No additional ingredients are listed for the grilled vegetable and chicken salad. This salad is meant to be made with leftover items you have in your refrigerator, freezer, or pantry.
